LEGALITY RATING AND ORGANISATIONAL MODEL
Copernico adopts the organisation and control model, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, which implements training and execution procedures for company decisions, to avoid the commission of offences referred to in the same regulation.
The adoption of the Organisational Model allows copernico to obtain the “legality rating” recognition, promoted by AGCM - Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (Competition and Market Authority), as per Article 5(b) of Decree-Law no. 1/2012, amended by Decree-Law 29/2012, converted with amendments by Law no. 62/2012.
ANTI-CORRUPTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The recent Anti-Corruption Management System, defined by the UNI ISO 37001:2016 standard, has been implemented. This standard specifies requirements and provides guidance for a management system designed to help organisations prevent, trace and deal with corruption and comply with anti-corruption laws and voluntary commitments applicable to their business.
